Armenian Football Player in Danish Superliga

Yuri Movsisyan was born in Baku, Azerbaijan (USSR) in 1987. He stated he was born in Azerbaijan but he is Armenian. Yuri moved with his family to LA  but then moved to  Denmark and now plays for  Randers in the Danish Superliga.

Yuri Movsisyan  and Dima Kovalenko  are called «Red Army»  and  «Soviets» and don’t mind that, this is what the press says about them:

«Along with Javi Morales  the toughness and skill of the reformed Soviets has been key in RSL going from zeros to heroes this year.»

He looks like Irish, quite wide spread look among Armenians of certain regions, by the way. Maybe he should move to Ireland then? ;-))
