In British Stouke 36-year-old Armenian Boxer Leva Kirakosyan (32-5-0, 22 KOS) won the title of champion of Europe (EBU) in the first light weight literally destroying local Boxer Scott Lotona (27-6-1, 6 KOS) for three junior round. Kirakosyan was European champion in the heavyweight title, but lost the 2007 to Sergei Gulâkeviču.
A native of Armenia Kirakosyan lives and trains in France. His opponent was the champion of Britain in a heavy weight where spent most of his career.

Արդեն ութ տարի է, ինչ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում կազմակերպվում է միջազգային մանկական էկոլոգիական ֆորում` <Կանաչ մոլորակ>, որին մասնակցում են աշակերտներ Ռուսաստանից, Հայաստանից, Ռումինիայից, Բուլղարիայից, Մոլդովայից, Ուկրաինայից, Ղասախստանից, Կիպրոսից, Իտալիայից: Այս տարի մասնակիցների շարքերը համալրեցին Բրազիլիան, Գերմանիան, Վիետնամը, Թայլանդը, Չինաստանը: Ֆորումի շրջանակներում կազմակերվում են տարբեր մրցույթներ` լուսանկարչության, գունանկարչության, էկոլոգիական ինտերնետ կայքերի, սոցիալական նշանակություն ունեցող պրոեկտների, տիեզերքում կազմակերպվող փորձի առաջարկների, էկոլոգիապես մաքուր նյութերից առարկաների պատրաստման, մոդելավորման, գրականության, ինչպես նաև պարային և երաժշտական: Հայաստանից այդ մրցույթին մասնակցում էին միայն գունանկարչության և նմանատիպ մրցույթների: 2009 թվականին Երևանի Ա. Շիրակացու անվան ճեմարանի սան Եղիկյան Ռոբերտը մասնակցեց <գիտափորձ տիեզերքում> մրցույթին, ուր առաջարկեց տիեզերքում աճեցնել սնկեր` ներկայացնելով փորձի գիտական և սոցիալական նշանակությունը: Մի քանի հազար աշխատանքներից ընտրվեցին վեց աշխատանքներ` այդ թվում և Ռոբերտինը: Նա նոյեմբեր ամսին մեկնեց Մոսկվա` մասնակցելու ֆորումի փակման արարողությանը: Ռոբերտի հաջողությամբ ոգևորված` 2010 թվականին այլ աշակերտներ ևս մասնակցեցին այդ ֆորումի մրցույթներին: Այս տարի ևս Ռոբերտը հաղթեց <գիտափորձ տիեզերքում> մրցույթը: Այս տարի նույն ճեմարանի սան Հայկ Հարությունյանը դարձավ սոցիալական նշանակություն ունեցող պրոեկտի մրցույթի դափնեկիր:

Говорят же, удивительное рядом. Маленький обувной магазинчик на окраине Еревана, переполненный обувью, коробками,детской и взрослой одеждой и там же приютился, а может даже и гордо расположился, белый рояль. Интересно, а что играет молодой пианист, так сосредоточенно вглядывающийся в нотную тетрадь? ;-) И, оказывается, таких «поющих» магазинчиков немало в Ереване, но все они только на окраине. А жаль…
It is not for nothing that people say «The astonishig is somewhere next to you», We don’t need to go too far for the example, well, maybe a little bit further from the centre of our beloved Yerevan. This a small shoe store situated at the outskirts of Yerevan crowded with shoes, boxes, child and adult clothing and all of a sudden you see a white piano with a young pianist. What is he playing, I wonder?…
They say, there a couple more such small shops with pianos at the outskirts of the city, I guess it would b a very good idea to have them also in luxury shops in Yerevan centre.
Indeed, what a talanted and full of beautiful innovative ideas this small Armenian nation is… ;-)

Yerevan was known as a «pink city» because of buildings built with the local volcanic pink stone known as «tuff»…For long I thought only in Armenia we have got Tuff but I saw the same in SA (South Africa), some of their churches reminded me a lot ours because of pink tuff.
I am very much looking forward to the moment when our Governement starts rebuilding our PINK city…
